Read the latest definitive proxy and identify what appears to drive the CEO's incentive payouts. It also produces a 0-to-10 ROI Influence score based on how much return-on-capital metrics affect those payouts. The results aren't always perfect, so check the findings against the filings when it matters. The result does not measure management quality, integrity, or investment merit.
